To take part to the AIDA Competition Freediver Course you must have reached the age of 18 years and to have finished the AIDA ** Freediver Course successfully.

During the AIDA Competition Freediver Course you will develop the knowledge and skills of the main categories of freediving including static apnea, dynamic apnea and constant weight freediving.

The theoretical session covers all the competition rules and procedures before recreating a competition environment out in the pool and the open water. It gives you as a student a real sense of how it can be in a competition situation.

You will also learn how to grab the tag at the bottom plate, follow the official countdown and how to respect the surface protocol.

Learn some stress management and relaxation techniques to be able to push your limits in the best conditions.
