Course Description

With the PADI ReActivate Program you can quickly refresh your knowledge and skills acquired during your PADI Open Water Diver course. It is useful if you didn’t dive for more than six months.

This program is completely tailor made, what means that it only covers the areas where your knowledge and skills need refreshing. Your assigned instructor will give you a small test to see which topics need extra attention. He will ask you questions like, when was your last dive, how where the conditions, how did you experienced it. Your professional instructor will review with you the important information of the topics that need your attention.

Through some dive scenarios you will test your understanding of important dive safety concepts. At the same time you will also refresh the dive planning essentials. Included in these dive scenarios is a review of problem management.

After the above it is time to jump into the water and to review with your instructor the basic diving skills about safety before going over any specific skills you want to recap. This usually involves skills such as clearing and taking off a mask, alternate air source and checking buoyancy.

In order to enroll to the PADI ReActivate Program, you must be in the possession of the PADI Open Water Diver certificate and have the minimum age of 10 years.

You will get in no time again familiar with the diving related matters in order to feel comfortable again underwater and enjoy the aquatic world.

After completing the PADI ReActivate Program, you will feel more confident and you will be able to get more out of your diving adventures.

You will also receive a new certificate under the reactivate code.
