Course Description

When you continue your scuba education, then you become a much more skilled diver in a much less time than you thought.

In the PADI Divemaster course you will improve and develop on so many diving skills during your training. Being a Divemaster is not only about being able to guide other divers, you will also learn more about dive equipment, physics and physiology of diving. You will learn about oceans and our environment, how read currents and tides and how to map a dive site. You will work on your essential rescue and CPR skills until you master them to perfection. On top of all these benefits and learning outcomes, you will become a professional PADI diver.

The PADI Divemaster course is your first step in your professional scuba diving career. You can forget about your job if you had enough with it and step in a new world of opportunities. It is your first scuba diving course that can actually help you to make money.

Being a PADI Divemaster you get to meet and/or work with like-minded people from all over the world. You encounter incredible marine life when you dive during your course. You will dive a lot during your course to master all your guiding and technical skills. The dive master course is jam packed with skills to fill everyday if you want.

As a dive professional, you will be on the frontlines of the fight to bring the issues faced by our changing ocean environment to an audience who don’t get to experience it first hand, and educate new divers who may be previously unaware.

The PADI Divemaster course teaches you to be a leader and take charge of dive activities. Through knowledge development sessions, water skills exercises and workshops, and hands-on practical assessment, you develop the skills to organize and direct a variety of scuba diving activities.

To start your PADI Divemaster course you need to be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 40 logged dives. Completed a PADI rescue diver course or it is equivalent with current senior first aid certificate or completed PADI EFR (Emergency First Response) course.

Organizational and logistical skills are one of the most valued in the diving industry. You will be responsible for groups of people on holiday, hence you need to make sure that everything is done in a timely matter, have spare equipment and parts prepared, and also be ready to answer a lot of questions, mostly not even diving related.

Training in a busy place like Hurghada, will give you a chance to assist and shadow a variety of courses. As a result, you’ll get the very best opportunity to develop your teaching techniques, plus it’s much easier to find employment after your courses.
